This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the AnyLLM website (hereinafter — "Site") and the browser extension of the same name (hereinafter — "Extension").
The personal data operator is IP Verbukh Nikita Sergeevich, TIN 425301633384 (hereinafter — "Operator", "we").
Your privacy is our absolute priority. AnyLLM's architecture is built on the "Local-First" principle. In this document, we transparently explain what data we collect, and (more importantly) what data we fundamentally do not collect.
1. Data we DO NOT collect (Extension operation)
When using the basic version of the AnyLLM browser Extension, we do not receive, store, or process your personal data on our servers:
- Your API keys: Access keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are stored exclusively in the encrypted local storage of your browser (Local Storage / IndexedDB).
- Your passwords, cookies, and sessions: AI agents work on top of your active browser sessions. Data from the sites you visit stays on your device.
- Chat history and queries: Your prompt texts and neural network responses are stored only on your device.
2. Data transfer to third-party AI providers
The Extension acts as a client. When you send a request, text data (prompts) and the necessary web page context are sent directly to the provider you selected (e.g., OpenAI LLC, Anthropic PBC) via their official APIs.
Attention: By initiating a request, you transfer data (including potentially cross-border) to third-party services. The use of this data is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers. The Operator is not responsible for data processing by said third parties. If you use local models (e.g., Ollama), your data does not leave your device.
3. Personal information collected and processed by the Operator
Data collection occurs only through your active interaction with our promotional Site (landing page) or when contacting support. We process data for the following purposes:
3.1. Purpose: Informing about product updates (Email newsletter)
- Collected data: Email address.
- Legal basis: Your explicit consent, expressed by entering your email in the subscription form and clicking the corresponding button.
- Retention period: Until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribing from the newsletter).
3.2. Purpose: Improving Site performance and analytics
- Collected data: IP address, cookie data, browser information, access time.
- Legal basis: Your consent expressed via the cookie banner on the Site.
- Retention period: According to Cookie Policy.
4. Paid plans and Cloud services (Future)
If you enable cloud features (Pro/Team plans), data required for synchronization, scheduling, or payment processing will be processed on the Operator's secure servers or partner servers (payment gateways). Detailed terms for processing such data will be published as an addendum to this Policy before the feature launch.
5. User Rights
In accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", you have the right to:
- Obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data.
- Request clarification, blocking, or deletion of your data if it is outdated, incomplete, or obtained unlawfully.
- Withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time (including unsubscribing from the newsletter) by sending a request to the Operator.
6. Protection of Personal Information
The Operator takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the information you provide (in particular, email addresses) from unauthorized or accidental access, copying, or distribution. Databases containing personal data of Russian citizens are located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
7. Policy Changes and Applicable Law
7.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
7.2. This Policy and relations between the User and the Operator are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
